Elephants need room to walk for miles. They need soft ground to stand on, and good food. Billy needs this, but he’s in pain. Please let him go do he can enjoy the balance of his life in some degree of comfort. Keeping him from this is cruel!

Have always known that captive animals are necessary to save the animals but to keep them like this is totally inhumane. All animals in captivity should be help in places that are akin to their native habitat. If UK zoos can do it then surely USA zoos should be able too.
